Describe Your writting

Describe Your Writing

Every time I write a paper either a school paper or a friends letter I try to
pick a title for the writing, since it will make me focus on what I want to say
on my writing.

All the time at school they told us to create an Organizing principle, which
shortly describes what your writing it's going to be about, and continuously
keep on referring to that organizing principle so that you don't move away from
the main purpose of your writing. This is really useful when answering essays
questions, because usually what happens is that you tend to move from topic and
don't answer the question.

Moreover, I also tend to make a brainstorm of all the ideas I want to include in
my writing, that way I can remember everything I want to include and also
carefully plan the sequence every idea it should be written in.

In school they also taught me to write in paragraphs, and separate them by the
different ideas you present on the writing, this helps the reader to understand
more what you are saying and also to encourage him to read your paper, since
most commonly when you look a single big paragraph of writing you are
discourage to read it.

The writing skills for different audience is also important, I constantly
change my writing style depend for who its directed to. For the reason that a
children won't easily understand a letter if it's writing in very complex
words. However, an employer won't be impress with a letter that is written in a
very simplistic style. Therefore, I tend to change my style depending on the
audience.

In general my writing is based on what I would like to read, and makes it easy
to understand.
