Debate

1. Should the dangerous sports like skydiving, bungee jumping, free diving remain legal?
YES, they should remain legal because the safety of these sports are up to the mark now days and if these sports are made illegal then may be very few people will practice these sports illegally, but who will do they will be more unsafe because they will be deprived of the safety support provided by government when it was legal .

2. Should government spend money to insure the safety in these sports?
YES, it is the responsibility of the government to ensure the safety of the people. Any mishap in these sports would result in the decline of entertainment industry of the country.

3. Bullfighting is inhumane or a bravery act?
According to me it is a complete inhumane sport because the bull is tortured before he is exposed infront of the madator. Bull is not even given a chance to defend himself,if it was to be a bravery act then the bull would also be given a fair chance to defend himself.

2 Comments:

  • Briefly explain why for the first two questions, and then come up with a third question/answer pair. For the third one, try avoiding a "should" type of question and go for something more explanatory.

  • #1 & #2 look good. #3 isn't a should question anymore, but it's not an accurate binary. Performing inhumane acts (in and out of the bullfighting ring) can ALSO involve bravery: the "humaneness" of something usually concerns the recipient of an action, while "bravery" involves the individual or group doing the action. Rework this question, and then raise your hand so I can check.
