First Impressions: from an International Student's point of view
Why do you think International Students chose Purdue?
What suggestions would you give an Asian student--as opposed to students from other regions--before arriving to the united states?
What kind of problems do the students encounter during the first few days of arrival?
If so, how did you help them or how did they cope through it? Are counselors a big part of this?
What kind of fears did international students have before arriving in the States?
Did they successfully deal with these 'fears'?
What kind of expectations do international students have of the US?
Have you heard about them noticing a big difference in what they expected and what they actually experienced?
Do you think that academicallly international students have a disadvandtage? Why? in what ways?
Do International students suffer socially? in making friends?
Do you have any suggestions you can give for future international students?

subtopics - circumstances that might occur with the int student, resolution, expectation over int student
2.Do the question reflect knowledge of the interviewee?
Yes, I think they cover pretty much of the knowledge of the interviewee.
3.Are the questios opinion-based or only fact-based?
Subjective based
4. Are any of the questions provocative?
No
5.Is there a logical flow?
Yes, each question are related and have some connection.
6.Do the questions make sense?
Yes, they are pretty clear and straight to the point.

Rakpong noted that none of the questions are provocative, so you might add some provocation to the mix. Maybe you could ask about what Purdue is failing to do to make things easier for students. Or something else, if you think of it.
It would be helpful to narrow your focus; instead of "international students," go with "Asian students." There are more specifics that can be addressed.
