Relation to topic: Since I was attending high school, I have felt the importance of leadership. And, I was trained my leadership by volunteering many activities to help people in community.
Who will be interest in my topic?: People who want to share the thoughts about politics and deeply who should be the leader in the future.

On your relationship to the topic, "feeling the importance of leadership" wouldn't be substantial enough--although your volunteering certainly is. For people who are interested in your topic, think about specific professional or semi-professional audiences.
