Audience: Sports promoters, marketing companies and youth because every youngster is attracted to these kinds of sports.

Since you should be thinking first and foremost (but not necessarily exclusively) about professional and semi-professional audiences, don't target "youth" when you write that section of the proposal.
You are clear to proceed with the 1st draft of project 1.
