Topic: I would like to write about adjusting to college life from a international student point of view.
Audience: This would attract any exchange student that use to live to the city instead of a small town and also people that are planning on moving to the US.

Since "international student" can be so many different things, focus it to one kind of international student (from one country or region, or something else you can think of).
As you write, don't write to exchange students--think about professional or semi-professional audiences who could use your writing in their work.
You are clear to proceed with the 1st draft of project 1.
