EXPLORING THE GENRE: Argument

1. Is quantitative value, such as data and actual source necessary in this type of genre writing? (w00min)
A: No, quantitative value is not necessary but if more specific data in numbers can be proven, it will strengthen the writing and more credible.

2. How much personal thoughts and how much source data have to be added in this genre writing in terms of ratio? (woomin)
A: Ratio of 1:9 is reasonable. Since sources are like the bricks in the building, essay should have supporting data and back up with the personal thoughts.

3. If you were to write, can you misrepresent another point of view? (woomin)
A: The writing should not contain any bias sides. Not only that, it should never libel or slander someone else, or their point of view.

4. How much should we paraphrase? (Ebaad)
A lot!
